Update On Skye Blue’s Injury During AEW Collison
July 22, 2024Blue is laid up at home.
This past Saturday night AEW Collision came to us from Arlington, Texas and the match between Hikaru Shida and Skye Blue had to be stopped after Shida went for a dive to the outside. It was noted that Skye was injured and Shida was declared the winner. Tony Khan later that night stated the the injury was real and Blue was be evaluated by the AEW medical team.
Today, F4WOnline’s Bryan Alvarez posted that the early word is that Skye Blue might have suffered a broken ankle. Word is the ankle broke when she caught Shida on her dive over the top rope.
Now on Sunday, Blue’s boyfriend Kyle Fletcher posted a photo of her at home with her right leg wrapped up at home confirming that she did in fact suffer some sort of a lower leg injury.

It is unclear this injury will keep Skye Blue out of action and if we do hear anything further we will keep you guys updated.
