Update On Samoa Joe’s Status After Latest Injury

Samoa Joe is no longer suspended, yet still cannot return to action.

It was reported back on February 20th by Ryan Satin that Samoa Joe was injured while filming a Monday Night RAW commercial for the USA Network. Joe reportedly suffered a concussion while being put through an announce table. Then on February 25th, WWE announced that Joe had been suspended for 30 days after violating the companies wellness policy.

Joe’s suspension was up before WrestleMania but we have not heard off the former United States Champion. According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer reports that Joe has not been cleared from the concussion he suffered back in February.

Before being injured Joe was in RAW’s top non-championship program. The past eight to 12 months have not been good for Joe as he was injured in the 2019 King Of The Ring tournament that kept him out of action for several months. He returned only to reportedly suffer multiple concussions in a short period of time and then get suspended.

If we do hear anything on Joe’s condition and we can expect him back in action we will keep you updated.
