Update On Matt Riddle’s Status For Tonight’s Smackdown Debut, Riddle Responds

It looks like the King of Bros will make his blue brand debut tonight.

This morning WWE released their Smackdown preview for tonight and shortly after it was posted Matt Riddle’s debut was not listed. Word going around was that even though they were not advertising Riddle for tonight’s show during the morning hours of the day, Riddle would be on tonight’s Smackdown. One source told PWUnlimited that Riddle could not be edited off the show and it was impossible to reshoot anything with most of the roster not being in Orlando.

As of roughly 1:30pm PT or so, WWE had updated their Smackdown preview for tonight to include the debut of Matt Riddle.

Tonight we will see Matt Riddle make his highly anticipated Smackdown debut and we hear it will be a big deal on tonight’s show.

Also in regards to the allegation place on Riddle, his attorney released a statement Friday afternoon claiming they are false allegations. The statement says that the woman posting these claims had been stalking and cyberbullying Riddle and his wife for a few years.
