Update On Kenny Omega’s Current Injury

Back at AEW Revolution Kenny Omega injured and possibly broke his hand in the Tag Team Championship match against The Young Bucks. Omega was not on Dynamite last week and this week we did seem him with a cast on his hand and get a little physical.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer reports that Omega is still scheduled to defend the AAA Mega Heavyweight Championship against Loredo Kid on March 21. At this time there is a chance Omega is not cleared by then and he can get pulled from the match.
Omega is also still scheduled to compete on the March 25 edition of Dynamite in the Blood & Guts match just a few days later. The feeling is that Omega could be healed and be cleared for competition by then.
Both AAA and AEW are still promoting the two upcoming matches as if Omega will be competing in hopes that he does not have to be pulled from either or both shows.
