Triple H & William Regal Unveil New Title Belt Prior To Worlds Collide
January 25, 2020Another championship gets the “NXT” branding this week.
At the most recent NXT UK television taping the newly branded NXT UK Championship was presented to the champion WALTER. Tonight another champion got NXT officially added to his title belt.
Prior to tonight’s Worlds Collide event, WWE posted a video on social media of Triple H and William Regal presenting Angel Garza with the new NXT Cruiserweight Championship. The title now has a mostly black strap with purple accents instead of the old purple strap.

Garza has been the champion for 45 days after defeating Lio Rush for the title on December 11. Tonight at the Worlds Collide event Angel Garza will be defending the NXT Cruiserweight Championship in a fatal four-way match. Challenging Garza will be Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Travis Banks, and Jordan Devlin.
