Top Star No Longer With Ring Of Honor
January 4, 2021Ring Of Honor has parted ways with one of their biggest names over the last few years.
2020 was a hard time for Ring Of Honor as when the pandemic hit they shut down and did not keep running like other companies. Since then they have started back up over the last six months, yet when they came back one of their biggest stars did not and is not gone from the company.
Over the summer we saw the Speaking Out movement in pro wrestling and one name that was called out was Marty Scurll. At the start of 2020, it was announced that Marty Scurll had been given an elevated role in the company and was going to be one of the companies bookers. When the allegation came out of Scurll, ROH made the decision to keep him home when they started running shows again. Now it has been announced that Ring Of Honor and Marty Scurll have officially parted ways.

It is unclear where this leaves Marty Scurll but this was something we all saw coming. Back in October, Scurll was removed from the Ring Of Honor roster page on their website. Scurll himself has been very quiet in 2020 when it pertains to anything pro wrestling and his future in the industry.
