Tonight’s RAW Still Scheduled To Go On Despite Bad Weather
February 3, 2020As they always say, “The show must go on.”
Tonight’s Monday Night RAW comes to us from the Vivint Smart Home Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah and the city has been hit with a bad snowstorm overnight. The temperature is not supposed to get any warmer than 25 degrees today with possible winds up to 30-35 mph. As of right now it looks like this will not hinder the show going on.
Despite what you may have read on some websites or on Twitter that is and has not been a plan to not run the show tonight. One person in WWE we reached out to that have been at the building since early this morning told us that they have not been told of the show not taking place or anyone being delayed in getting to the arena. Also, it was indicated that most if not all that needs to be there for the show have arrived at the building.
We reached out to the arena as well and was told, “WWE plans to run tonight’s show regardless of the weather.” Garry Cassidy of Sportskeeda was given a similar statement from an arena rep.
Finally, Wrestlevotes tweeted out that the show will be taking place.
As of now, WWE is not cancelling RAW tonight due to the severe weather in Salt Lake City. WWE is aware the turnout may be light, however “the show must go on”.

We also looked up the on the Utah Highway Patrol website and as of 1pm local time there have been no roads closed in Salt Lake City.
