Title Match & Tag Match Set For Worlds Collide

Two new matches set for the NXT cross branded show.

Worlds Collide is being branded as NXT versus NXT UK and two new matches were announced today for the cross branded event. First off there will be a four-way match with the Cruiserweight Title on the line. Two competitors will be from NXT and two from NXT UK.

Angel Garza will defend the NXT Cruiserweight Championship against one other NXT Superstar and two NXT UK Superstars. Tonight on NXT Isaiah “Swerve” Scott defeated Lio Rush and Tyler Breeze to earn his way into this match. As far as the NXT UK Superstars two qualifying matches have been set up. We will see Jordan Devlin take on Ligeo. PLus Travis Banks will battle Brian Kendrick with the winner earning their way into the match.

The other match announced for the show is a dream match of sorts. On tonight’s NXT we saw Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa kind of team up to run off The Undisputed Era. As this was going on NXT UK’s Trent Seven was watching and sent out a challenge for he and Tyler Bate to take on Gargano and Ciampa.

Also announced for Worlds Collide will see Toni Storm challenge Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women’s Championship. Plus The Undisputed Era will take on Imperium.
