Title Match Announced For Next Week’s AEW Dynamite

A second title match has been announced for next week.

Tonight is Blood & Guts live in Jacksonville but next week AEW will run another live show from Daily’s Place. Last week it was announced that on May 12th, Jon Moxley will defend the IWGP United States Championship against Yuji Nagata. Today another title match was announced for next week’s show as well.

Tony Khan appeared on Busted Open Radio on Wednesday and announced that next week the AEW World Tag Team Championships will be on the line. The Young Bucks will defend against the winners of tonight’s four-way tag team match. The match tonight will see SCU, Jurassic Express, Varsity Blondes, and The Acclaimed.

Right now SCU is the number one ranked tag team in AEW and has told The Young Bucks they are ready for their tag title shot. Many assume SCU wins the match tonight even though they are already ranked number one and should not have to win a number one contenders match to get a title shot.
