Title Change Takes Place At NXT TakeOver In Your House

A new woman has stepped up in NXT.

Tonight at NXT TakeOver we saw a number of great matches and with three of them being title matches. Both Adam Cole and Keith Lee were able to defend their titles successfully, but the same could not be said of The Queen Charlotte Flair.

Tonight in the main event we saw the spotlight on the NXT women’s division with Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley, and Io Shirai fighting for the NXT Women’s Championship. We saw all kinds of things in the match with possibly other than the finish, the most talked about thing being Shirai jumping off the set onto both Flair and Ripley below.

The finish of the match saw Flair put Ripley in the Figure Eight with Shirair coming off the top rope with a moonsault to break up the submission and pin Ripley to become the new NXT Women’s Champion for the first time.
