Teddy Hart Arrested For Possession & Intent To Sell Or Distribute Narcotics

First reported by PWInsider, independent pro wrestler Teddy Hart has been arrested for possession of narcotics with the intent to sell or distribute. Hart was arrested Tuesday in Richmond, Virginia and is currently in jail at the Richmond City Jail. It looks like the arrest itself took place sometime last night as he was booked at the jail itself at midnight.
Hart was charged with possession of a scheduled III narcotics and possession with intent to sell or distribute. The law in Virginia on these possession of a schedule III controlled substance is a Class 1 misdemeanor. It is punishable of up to 12 months in jail and a fine up to $2,500.
Hart is scheduled to be in court for the charges on April 23rd.
