Taya Valkyrie Files Trademark On In-Ring Name

Taya locks down name as contract closes in.

There is a really good possibility Taya Valkyrie starts 2021 as a free agent. Her contract with IMPACT Wrestling is set to expire at the end of the year. She could either remain with IMPACT or leave and go elsewhere like WWE or AEW. In what could be in preparation for her departure from IMPACT, real name Kira Magnin-Forster, has trademarked her in-ring name “Taya Valkyrie” to secure it within professional wrestling. This is the same thing EC3 did before he left IMPACT Wrestling when he returned to WWE.

Back on December 10th, Taya filed a trademark on the name claiming that she had been using it since at least 2010.
