SummerSlam Reportedly To Take Place In Major Arena

It looks like SummerSlam will in fact be out of the WWE Performance Center.

Rumors have been going wild recently with WWE wanting to not hold SummerSlam in the Performance Center. Some reported that they were looking to run in the northeast and possibly in Atlantic City. On Wednesday that was shot down as new reports stated it would be taking place in the state of Florida.

First reported by EWrestlingNews, they stated that the most likely location for SummerSlam would be the Amway Center in Orlando. This morning WrestleVotes sent out an interesting tweet with four screenshots. Each screenshot showed a moment from WWE that took place from the Amway Center.

Also, both local Orlando reports Jon Alba and Pro Wrestling Sheet confirmed talks between WWE and the Amway Center as far as the possible location for SummerSlam. At this time it is unclear if this is only for SummerSlam, the SummerSlam weekend event or more WWE tapings down the line as the building has no intentions on re-opening to normal till some time in 2021.
