SPOILERS For The Christmas Day Episode Of Smackdown

Friday’s Smackdown was taped today.

This week Christmas fall on Friday and WWE did not want their people working on Christmas so they filmed Smackdown today. The most interesting part was that they actually allowed fans, who could get in, to watch live as the show was taped via the WWE ThunderDome website and we have the full spoilers for the show.

WWE Smackdown Christmas Edition Spoilers

– Universal Championship Steel Cage Match
   Roman Reigns(c) def. Kevin Owens after Jey Uso would get involved and handcuff Owens to the cage.

– The Women’s Tag Team Champions Asuka and Charlotte Flair would come out and be interrupted by Bayley, Bianca Belair, Sasha Banks, and Carmella. A triple threat for the titles would be made.

– WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships
Asuka & Charlotte Flair(c) def. Bayley & Carmella, Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair

– Sami Zayn got a gift from The Street Profits

– Daniel Bryan def. Jey Uso

– WWE Intercontinental Championship Lumberjack Match
Big E def. Sami Zayn(c) to become the new Intercontinental Champion.

From those who watched live it was stated that the Universal and Intercontinental title matches got a good amount of time on the show and only one backstage segment actually aired during the tapings.
