SPOILER ALERT: Another Champion Pulled From WrestleMania
March 27, 2020The second champion has been pulled from Mania.
We learned Friday morning that The Miz had been pulled from WrestleMania due to being sick. He was set to defend the Smackdown Tag Team Championships on one of the two nights. With that, another champion has been pulled but this is due to an injury.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Johnson states the current United States Champion Andrade has been pulled and did not compete on Wednesday or Thursday’s WrestleMania tapings. It is believed that Andrade suffered some sort of a rib injury this past Monday on RAW in the tag match against Ricochet and Cedric Alexanders.
It was stated that the RAW Tag Team Championship match did take place for WrestleMania. The Street profits defended against Angel Garza and a replacement who was brought in from the NXT roster.
