Samoa Joe Reportedly Suffers Head Injury Filming Commercial
February 20, 2020The injury bug has bit Samoa Joe once again.
The last year or so has not been good for Samoa Joe as he recently came back from a hand injury at the end of 2019. Then a few weeks back it was feared that Joe may have suffered a concussion during a tag team match on Monday Night RAW. Now it looks like Joe has suffered a head injury while filming a commercial.
According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Satin reports that the injury took place while filming a commercial for WWE. It was said that while filming the commercial last week, Joe hit his head during a bad table break spot. Yet not confirmed, sources state that Joe could be out of action for a considerable amount of time.
With this new news, it now makes sense why Joe was not seen on RAW this week despite the storyline progressing with Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins that he has been a main part of.
Again it is unclear how severe the injury is and how long Joe will be out of action. If we do hear anything further on Joe’s injury we will keep you updated. We hope Joe can make a speedy recovery and return soon. Hopefully, this will not keep Joe out of WrestleMania in April.
