Samoa Joe Injured On RAW

Joe just returned and it looks like he is hurt again.

Tonight on Monday Night RAW we saw the RAW Tag Tema Championships on the line when Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy defended against Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe. Unfortunately, the match ended up a handicap match and Joe was pulled out.

According to a Mike Johnson of PWinsider, Johnso reports that Joe was injured tonight after going for a dive in the match. Joe was pulled from the title match after he went for a dive, landed at a harsh angle, grabbed the back of hin head and did not get up right away.

The decision to pull Joe from the match was made by WWE medical personnel and was 100% legitimate, not something done for the match itself. Joe was evaluated backstage but the actual injury is unclear at this time.

Samoa Joe just recently returned from a wrist injury last month that had kept him out of action for about four months.
