Rolling Loud Stage Collapses, Comment Regarding Smackdown
July 23, 2021Will Smackdown be impacted by the Rolling Loud mishap?
On Thursday, news came out that part of a stage at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami collapsed the day before the festival was to start. They stated no one was injured in the incident and have it fixed before the Friday opening. The big question was if this would impact Smackdown airing from there or not.

According to Scott Zanghellini, WWE Senior Vice President of Revenue and Strategy told Forbes’ Alfred Konuwa that this will not impact Smackdown. He stated that WWE’s planned matches from the festival are set to take place on a different stage than the one that collapsed.
If you are unaware WWE is set to air two matches tonight on Smackdown from the Rolling Loud festival. Big E will go on-on-one with Apollo Crews. Also, the Smackdown Women’s Championship will be on the line when Bianca Belair defends her title against Carmella for the second week in a row.
