WWE has announced that The Viper Randy Orton will make his return to RAW tonight in Orlando. Randy Orton has not been on television since June 21st when he lost a Money in the Bank qualifying match against John Morrison. He was then supposed to be in a triple threat to the following week and was advertised for the show till it started and then when RAW started it was announced he would not be on the show. Orton stated himself on Twitter that he will open tonight’s RAW.
