The former Luke Harper may be starting with AEW in the next two months.

It was no secret that Brodie Lee, the former Luke Harper, wanted out of WWE. He went public about asking for his release and it was denied. Then back in November Lee was released from the company with a 90-day no-compete clause. Now we have new details on what is next for the former Smackdown Tag Team Champion.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Melter reports that Lee is expected to sign with All Elite Wrestling. A far as when he could start with the company, the plan is for him to debut on the March 18 edition of Dynamite. He could start as early as February 12, but since the March show is in his hometown they feel that would get the best reaction.

Jonathan Huber (Luke Harper), 40, is expected to sign here and debut on 3/18 in Rochester, NY, which is his home town. He’s expected to use his old ring name, Brodie Lee. He could legally start as early as 2/12 but it’s for the best to debut him in Rochester where it’s guaranteed to get a big reaction

It has been rumored since his release from WWE the Lee was possibly going to All Elite Wrestling. Many have said he would be a good fit in the role of the leader of the Dark Order. Other than the proposed debut date nothing else has been reported as far as how the company plans to use him upon his arrival.
