Reason Jon Moxley Has Been Off TV

Former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley has not worked a match since Forbidden Door when he lost the IWGP Heavyweight Championship to Tetsuya Naito. We have seen other members of the Blackpool Combat Club on television, not doing anything together, not Moxley. Now we know why Moxley has been missing.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer reports that Moxley has been given some time off. Meltzer notes that not only has Moxley not been seen on TV but he has not even been backstage since Forbidden Door. No details were given as far as why Moxley has been given time off or how long he will be gone.
In a funny moment, during this past Wednesday night during the Blood & Guts match, Renee Paquette tweeted that she was grateful her husband was not in the match.
