Pro Wrestling Illustrated Reveals #1 Tag Team For 2020, Top 10 Posted

Who did PWI name the best tag team in 2020?

Every yearΒ Pro Wrestling Illustrated posts their list of the best males and female wrestlers in the world. For a few years now fans have been asking for PWI to rank the top tag teams of each year and they finally have done so this year with their first top 50 tag teams list. The best part of this list is that it is not gender-specific as male and female tag teams are listed.

When looking at how the top 50 tag teams are ranked, there are a number of qualifications they look at.

  • Wins & Losses
  • Chemistry
  • Activity
  • It Factor

As far as this year, and the first year of this list PWI has revealed the top 5, and the remainder of the 50 will be revealed when the magazine comes out in February. This year’s number one tag team are the former AEW Tag Team Champions Dax Hardwood and Cash Wheeler, FTR.

The top 10 are as followed,

  6. Guerrillas Of Destiny
  7. Lucha Bros.
  8. New Day
  9. Kabuki Warriors
  10. Roppongi 3K

One big team missing from the top 10 are Matt and Nick Jackson, The Young Buck. It is not known why they did not make the top 10 and it will be interesting to see where they land when the full list comes out in February.
