Preview For Tonight’s Friday Night Smackdown From Evansville

January 10, 2020 0 By Tim Jarrell

Tonight’s Friday Night Smackdown comes to us from Evansville, Indiana and we know of three things for tonight’s show. We know will get a new edition of MizTV, plus two matches have so far been announced for the show as well.

Here is the preview from WWE’s website,

The Usos return to in-ring competition this Friday on SmackDown against King Corbin & Dolph Ziggler

The Usos are back — and they’re looking to introduce two new foes to the Uso Penitentiary.

One week after their triumphant return, Jimmy & Jey Uso step back into the ring this Friday on SmackDown to take on King Corbin & Dolph Ziggler.

The Usos’ first appearance in months last week could not have come at a better time for cousin Roman Reigns, who was about to be disrespected once again with Corbin & Ziggler angling to pour dog food on him for a second time.

The King and The Showoff figure to be aiming for revenge after the Usos thwarted their plan, though The Big Dog likely won’t be too far behind.

Lacey Evans and Sasha Banks to finally square off one-on-one this Friday Night

After weeks of personal attacks and plenty of flying fists, Lacey Evans and Sasha Banks will square off this week on Friday Night SmackDown.

Banks and SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley have taken glee in taunting and mocking Evans’ family, including her 7-year-old daughter. The Sassy Southern Belle has naturally taken great exception, and the two will finally collide this coming Friday night.

Will The Boss prove that she is indeed still at the head of SmackDown, or will Evans build off last week’s tag team victory over Sasha and snag arguably the biggest win of her WWE career by besting The Blueprint?

John Morrison to appear on “Miz TV” this Friday night on SmackDown

Last Friday’s SmackDown left the WWE Universe surely wanting answers from The Miz and John Morrison. Perhaps we’ll get those answers when the former tag team champions reunite live on “Miz TV” this week.

Still seeking retribution from “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt after the Universal Champion got far too close to his family, The A-Lister has been on a short temper of late, and Kofi Kingston bore the brunt of it last week. Frustrated, The Miz attacked Kingston after being defeated by him, and the WWE Universe let him know they weren’t pleased.

The recently returned Morrison later emerged from The Awesome One’s locker room, seemingly shutting down Cathy Kelley’s attempt to get a word with The Miz.

But on his own show this week, The A-Lister figures to have plenty to say — and maybe we will also learn what’s on The Guru of Greatness’ agenda.

Friday Night Smackdown comes to us tonight at 8pm PT/5pm ET live on FOX.

Also, don’t forget we will be live on YouTube with our Friday Night Smackdown review tonight after Smackdown.
