Possible Location For WWE’s 2022 UK Pay-Per-View

WWE has talked with two different venues in the UK.

WWE recently released a schedule of pay-per-view events taking place in 2022. One of the most talked-about events on the list was an unnamed event taking place in September over Labor Day Weekend. It was revealed that this show will most likely be taking place in the UK and we now have some info on where it could be held.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Meltzer reports that WWE has spoken with London’s Wembley Stadium and Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium. WWE has run Wembley Stadium in the past for SummerSlam 1992. WWE has never run an event from Millennium Stadium. Meltzer did not state if one seemed like the front runner over the other or not.

It would be cool for WWE to run the show from Wembley Stadium as it would be the 30th anniversary of that SummerSlam event they did run there back in 1992 as stated above.
