NXT UK Special Event To Air Same Day At Takeover Stand & Deliver
March 18, 2021WWE to air two TakeOver style shows in one day.
We have not seen an NXT UK TakeOver event since Since January of 2020. The next NXT UK TakeOver is set for June 20, 2021. Yet today, WWE announced a TakeOver calibur event taking place in three weeks.
Today it was announced that on Thursday, April 8th we will be getting NXT UK Prelude. This show will air on the same day as night two of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver. Prelude is set to begin at 3pm ET/Noon PT. This will air five hours before TakeOver Stand & Deliver.

So far two matches have been announced for NXT UK Prelude. The first match will see will have Noam Darr taking on Tyler Bate. The winner of this match will become the number one contender to A-Kid and the Heritage Cup Championship.

Finally, It was also announced today that the NXT UK Championship will be on the line when WALTER defends the title against Ram Brown.

NXT UK Prelude comes to us in three weeks on Thursday, April 8th and exclusive on Peacock.
