Two More NXT Superstars are getting name changes.

Recently we have heard that Vince McMahon sent out a memo to the roster that no one can use their real name anymore in WWE. The memo reportedly also stated that McMahon did not want people using names they used before WWE as well. Yes, there will be some exceptions but it seems that will come far and few. Now we know of two more NXT names that are getting changed.

According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, Johnson reports that both Kacy Catanzaro and Kay Lee Ray will be getting name changes. The report states that Catanzaro will now go by the name Katana Chance. When it comes to Kay Lee Ray, the former NXT UK Women’s Champion will be going by the name Alba Fyre.

This news comes after last week when it was uncovered that WWE had quietly changed Raul Mendoza’s name to Cruz Del Toro. In 2022 thus far we have also seen then name changes of WALTER to Gunter, Marcel Barthel to Ludwig Kaiser, Pete Dunne to Butch, and Raquel Gonzalez to Raquel Rodriguez.

If we do hear anything further on the name changes of Kacy Catanzaro and Kay Lee Ray, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
