NXT Call Up To Smackdown Reportedly Coming Soon

Earlier today we saw a Tweet was sent out by WrestleVotes on Twitter reporting that last Friday one NXT roster member was written into the script to the show. The plan was for this person to be involved in the final segment on the show with Roman reigns, Jey Uso, and Kevin Owens. Also, the tweet indicated that this person is someone on the card tonight for NXT New Year’s Evil.
Just heard an interesting story… NXT talent was slated to be called up to SmackDown last week, as of showtime, was written into the main event segment w/ Reigns, Uso & KO. Said talent is on tonightβs big NXT card so curious to see if it was pushed a week or scrapped altogether.

Now according to a new report from Fightful, we know that the NXT Superstar in question is actually Damian Priest. This news that Damian Priest being called up to Smackdown that all but confirms what most people were thinking that he will get beat by Karrion Kross tonight on NXT.
