New Title Match Announced For The Royal Rumble
January 11, 2021The Universal Title will be on the line at the Royal Rumble.
Last week in the main event on Monday Night RAW we saw Drew McIntyre defend the WWE Championship against Keith Lee. After the match, McIntyre got a standing ovation from the legends on the stage before he was confronted by Bill Goldberg. Goldberg would come down and challenge McIntyre to a WWE Championship match at the Royal Rumble.
When drew McIntyre got COVID-19 we did not know what that meant for him wrestling at the Royal Rumble on January 31st, but now we know what will happen. Tonight on RAW, Drew McIntyre would accept the challenge of Goldberg with the title on the line.

This is now the fourth match that has been announced for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view as we are closing in on the road to WrestleMania.
