New Match Announced For Next Week’s Smackdown
December 5, 2020WWE set up a tag match on Talking Smack.
This morning we saw Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan on Talking Smack and it was odd going in that they were going to be on the show since they were not featured on last night’s Smackdown. Yet coming out of it, it all makes sense now.
Riott and Morgan were talking about wanting to become WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions when Billie Kay would walk up and interrupt. She presented the two with her headshot and resume stating that she could help them in their journey as she is a former tag team champion.
Ruby and Liv then pondered over the idea before making a challenge. They told Billie that if she wanted to prove to them she should help them then why not do it in the ring next week. Next week it will be The Riott Squad versus Billie Kay and a partner of her choosing.

So far this is the only match that has been announced for next week’s Friday Night Smackdown. Next week’s Friday Night Smackdown will be a big show because it will be the first show WWE does from Tropicana Field as they will move out of the Amway Center this week.
