Name Revealed For WWE’s New Year’s Day Pay-Per-View

WWE running on day 1.

It was revealed recently that WWE would be running a pay-per-view for the first time on New Year’s Day. The show is set to take place in Atlanta, Georgia and now we know what the show will be. It is not New Year’s Revolution.

It was revealed today that WWE’s New Year’s Day show in Atlanta will be title “WWE Day 1.” The name was revealed on the State Farm Arena website plus will a local commercial that aired as well. Interestingly, it was being reported that WWE trademarked the name “Day 1” recently and the reports said it had to do with computer software and merchandise. Now we know it is for a new pay-per-view.
