Mustafa Ali Drops Hint On How Much Time Is Left On His WWE Contract

Without a release, Ali isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Back on January 16th, Mustafa Ali went public about wanting his release from WWE. He stated that he had things he wanted to do and things he wanted to say, but could not while in WWE. He would be denied the release and now made to wait out the remainder of his contract. Now it looks like we know how much time that actually is.

Mustafa Ali took to Twitter Saturday to simply say “i’ll see you all in 2 1/2 years.” If that is the actual time remaining on his WWE contract then that means he will not be able to leave without a release till roughly the summer of 2024.

Ali has made it perfectly clear that he does not want to be in WWE anymore going as far as to say a few weeks back that he did not want to be in the Royal Rumble match and just wanted his release from the company. All indications right now do point to WWE making him wait out the remainder of his current deal before he can go elsewhere.
