Bound For Glory was a night of change.

Tonight was the IMPACT Wrestling Bound For Glory pay-per-view and four titles were on the line tonight. Out of those four title matches, three new champions were crowned on the show.

First off the Motor City Machine Guns defended the Tag Team Championships in a four-way against Ace Austin & Madman Fulton, The Good Brothers, and The North. Before the match, Alex Shelley was taken out by The North and Chris Sabin has to either go it alone or forfeit the title. He decided to go it alone. In the end, it was The North who won the match and became the champions for the second time.

Next up we had Deonna Purrazzo defending the Knockouts Championship. She was supposed to defend the title against Kylie Rae and Kylie Rae did not come out. Purrazzo then issued an open challenge and out would come Su Yung. The two had a great back and forth match where in the end Su Yung would defeat Purrazzo to win the Knockouts Title for the second time.

Finally in the main event we saw Eric Young defending the IMPACT World Championship against Rich Swann. A good portion of the match was Eric Young getting the better of Swann. Swann came into the match with a previous ankle injury and during the match there was a spot where they teased Swann hurting his neck. yet none of those injuries could hinder Swann enough as he was able to defeat Young and become the IMPACT World Champion for the first time.
