Multiple Things Announced For Tonight’s Smackdown

WWE has announced two things for Smackdown.

Tonight is the final Friday Night Smackdown before this weekend’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view. With that leading up to today, nothing had been announced for the show tonight. Now, this morning WWE has announced one match and one segment for tonight’s blue branded show.

First off WWE has announced that a match will take place tonight between Bianca Belair and Bayley. This comes off the two competing in an obstacle course last week on Smackdown that Belair won. Yet after Belair won she was beaten down by Bayley who did not take the loss well.

Last week after Bianca Belair showed Bayley up in the “Ultimate Athlete Obstacle Course Challenge”, The Role Model blindsided the up-and-coming Superstar during her celebration.

What will happen when The EST of WWE looks for retribution in a one-on-one match with the former SmackDown Women’s Champion?

WWE has also announced that ahead of their Universal Championship Last Man Standing match this Sunday, Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens will engage in a war-of-words.

From all-encompassing brawls of pure brutality through the WWE ThunderDome to Tables, Ladders and Chairs and Steel Cage Matches, the volatile rivalry between Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens has only grown more intense with each passing week.

Tonight, Michael Cole will sit down with “The Head of the Table” and his resilient challenger en route to their Last Man Standing Match for the Universal Title at Sunday’s Royal Rumble.

So far these are the only two things announced for tonight’s Friday Night Smackdown. If we do hear anything else regarding tonight’s blue branded show on FOX, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
