More Details On New AEW-WBD Television Deal

We now know have a breakdown of what AEW is making.

This week All Elite Wrestling and Warner Bros. Discovery announced a new television deal that kicks off in January. The deal will see Dynamite and Collision will remain on TNT and TBS. The show will also stream on MAX and PPV will go to MAX later in 2025. Now we have more details on what AEW will be making in the deal.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer wrote this new deal is a three-year deal worth $555 million dollars. The deal also has a 4th option year as well.

Sources close to the negotiations said this was a three-year deal at which will total $555 million. This is broken down as $180 million in 2025, $185 million in 2026 and $190 million in 2027. WBD has an option year built in for all of 2028 at a significantly higher number.

As stated above the new deal starts in 2025 and could extend till 2028 if the 4th option year is picked up. If we do hear anything further on AEW’s new TV deal, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
