One advertised Dynamite match is no longer going to air.

Last week AEW announced a number of matches for this coming week’s show. We already know that Fenix was unable to compete in the second round of the Eliminator Tournament and his brother replaced him in the match against Kenny Omega. We also learned that there was an injury in the Tay Conti/ Abadon match and we have more details on this.

According to Dave Meltzer on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer stated that the match between Conti and Abadon will not air on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. He also stated that the injury to Abadon came after she took an elbow from Conti. It was also said that after taking the elbow to the throat, she started to have trouble breathing.

Meltzer also went on to state that the match may end up being replaced by a match that will feature Shawn Spears.

This week’s AEW Dyanite will feature the two second-round matches in AEW World Title also we will have the Inner Circle Town Hall with Chris Jericho and MJF.

If we hear anything else regarding this week’s Dynamite, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
