MAJOR Change To Karrion Kross & Scarlett’s WWE Status

What is going on with Karrion Kross and Scarlett?

For the last few months, it has been known that Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s WWE contracts were set to expire in the summer. Updated reports came out that they would be up in August, and then we learned they would expire on August 10th. This past week, conflicting reports came out as well.

Fightful reported on Monday that Kross and Scarlett were not set to be at RAW and new deals had yet to be offered by WWE. Dave Meltzer then reported later that night the opposite in that he was under the impression that new deals had been offered. Throughout the week, more and more started coming out, even with Kross stating that he was unsure of their contract status and hoped we all found out soon. People started to think this could all be a work.

We then get to midnight on Sunday, August 10th, and WWE has moved Kross and Scarlett’s contracts to the alumni section of their website. This normally indicates their contracts have expired.

PWInsider also put out a new report that a WWE source indicated to them that a new deal was on the table earlier this week. If that is the case, then it more and more leans on the side of this being a work to build up some sort of a fan uprising wanting Kross and Scarlett back in WWE.
