Lince Dorado Asks To Be Pulled From Match With Controversial Wrestlers

Lince would rather not work a show than work with certain wrestlers.

Coming up on Friday, May 13th, The Crash will be running a show in Tijuana, Mexico. The show has a number of recognizable names that have been announced for the show like Eric Redbeard, Samuray Del Sol, Jonah, Lice Dorado, Marty Scurll, and others. Yet today one wrestler has stated either their match gets changed or they will not work the show.

Lince Dorado took to Twitter on Thursday that he has asked the Crash to remove him from the show or change his match for the upcoming show in May. For context, he is set to team with Destiny to take on the team of Mart Scurll and Travis Banks. Dorado said this is his decision and he was not influenced by anyone to do this.

When it comes to Banks and Scurll were called out in 2020 during the Speaking Out movement. Travis Banks was released by WWE after Millie McKenzie accused him of being mentally and emotionally abusive to her during their relationship when she was 17 and he was 30.

Ring of Honor announced in January of 2021 that they and Scurll had “mutually decided to part ways.” This came after in June of 2020, a woman accused Scurrl of sexually assaulting her when she was only 16 years old back in 2015.

As of this writing, it is not known if the match will be changed or if Dorado will be pulled from the show in May. If we do hear anything else on this situation, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
