Leaked WWE Email Reveals New Rule During Television

WWE doesn’t want matches to stop anymore.

The pandemic started a year ago and WWE went to having to run with no live crowd. They started off running from the WWE Performance Center and here is where things changed while filming television. During these tapings, when the show was live the wrestlers would actually stop wrestling during the commercial. That looks to no longer be a thing.

According to a leaked email that was sent to talent, the email stated that wrestlers will be required to continue wrestling during the commercial breaks. This is something they need to get back in the habit of doing for when they are back on the road in front of a live crowd again.

Effective now, you will need to work through the commercial breaks at TV. It keeps you warmed up, it continues the in-ring story, it is practice before we go live with fans and is a better experience for the virtual audience.

The big question is that we know at one point they did the no wrestling during the break, but is that still a thing they do now? We have heard that within the months following WrestleMania WWE wants to slowly start getting back on the road again slowing getting back to normal.
