Latest Update On The 2021 SummerSlam

We may have the date for SummerSlam.

Every month WWE runs a pay-per-view and they have the big four every year. We just had  WrestleMania and the next one is SummerSlam. We now may know when SummerSlam will take place.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Johnson reports that the current plan for SummerSlam is to run it on August 22nd. Rumors have been that they could run in either Arizona or Texas, but this report has nothing pertaining to a location for this year’s SummerSlam.

WWE President Nick Khan stated that by SummerSlam they want to be running with live fans. He did not state that if that means they will run with fans before SummerSlam or if Summerslam could be the jumping-off point for bringing back fans on a regular basis.
