Latest On WWE Running SummerSlam Outdoors

WWE still looking to run SummerSlam outside of the Performance Center.

There have been many contradicting reports on exactly what is going on with SummerSlam and where it will be held. We first heard WWE wanted to hold it on a beach or a cruise ship. Then that they wanted to hold it somewhere in the northeast but were having trouble finding a location. Then this week it was reported that WWE was possibly looking to hold SummerSlam in Atlantic City. Now we are hearing more on WWE running SummerSlam in an outdoor location.

According to a new report from FightFul, they report that the company is still hoping to run SummerSlam in some kind of an outdoor venue. WWE is looking for locations both near New York and on the Florida coast. It also goes on to state that Superstars who have ac\sked about the SummerSlam location, they have been told that WWE is scouting those locations but not being told much past that.

WWE has less than three weeks till SummerSlam and they have to lock down a location sooner rather than later so it is not a last-minute announcement.
