Ladder Match Reportedly Taking Place At WrestleMania (SPOILER WARNING)

One planned Mania match was changed to a ladder match.

So originally the plan was for The Miz and John Morrison to defend the Smackdown Tag Team Championships against either The Usos or The New Day. we learned today that the Miz was sick and did not compete during the WrestleMania tapings and we now have more info on that.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Meltzer reported on Friday evening that The Usos will defeat The New Day tonight on Smackdown and then at WrestleMania one of the Usos will take on John Morrison in a one-on-one ladder match.

The Miz, who was ill, was off the show so the tag title match with Miz & John Morrison vs. Usos became a ladder match with one of the Usos vs  Morrison. The Usos beat The New Day apparently on the Smackdown show that will air tonight that was taped earlier in the week, which was to determine who was to get the tag title match.

This is just one of a number of changes that had to be made to the WrestleMania 36 card over the two days of tapings.
