Karrion Kross has spoken on talks with WWE on a new deal.

Last Sunday, the WWE contracts of Karrion Kross and Scarlett expired. They are no longer with the company, with many thinking it is all a work. Yet Kross is very steadfast that it is not a work and they are no longer part of the WWE.

While on The Ariel Helwani Show, Kross was asked if he was offered a new deal from WWE. He noted that he was, and the only offer he got was given to him last Tuesday. WWE told him he only had 24 hours to accept it or they would rescind the offer. He asked for information to support what he was being offered, and after 24 hours, when they could not provide that info, he decided he could not sign it, and they pulled the offer.

“I got the offer. I wanted to know how they came to the valuation of that offer. Just some information, metrics, analytics, that supported, ‘Hey, this is how we got here.’ When I inquired about that, they weren’t willing to provide that information and told me I had 24 hours to agree to the offer or they would rescind it. The next day, we talked. I asked if they had the information, they don’t. I said, ‘I can’t make an informed decision without the information. I’d like to keep the dialogue open.’ They rescinded the offer. That’s where we’re at. I know how a lot of people feel when they make an exit. I can empathize with everybody’s experience. Every exit experience is different. This isn’t to disparage WWE, but because there are so many convoluted stories going on, and to some degree can affect our livelihood, of what we’re supposed to be doing after. People don’t want to reach out because they’re not sure if they are tampering. The goal has always been to be with WWE. My wife and I still want to be with WWE. I’m at the table for conversations. I did not step out of the conversation. We still want to be there and want to work it out,” stated Kross.

When asked if his wife Scarlett, was also offered a new deal by WWE, he noted that there was nothing at the time for her. They wanted to deal with him first and then talk about her after.

“Nothing, she had nothing. There was no offer to her. I was told at one point, because I did inquire, ‘After we deal with you, we’ll deal with her.’ I don’t see why we couldn’t have done things the way we did them before, where we do the deals together.”  He said.

Kross reiterated time and time again during the interview that none of this is a work, and both he and Scarlett can go work for any other wrestling company today. He also noted multiple times how both of them wanted to remain with WWE, and he wants the table of conversation to keep going to get them back there.

If we do hear anything further on what could be next for Karrion Kross and Scarlett, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
