*UPDATE* Kairi Sane Injury Update, Pulled From Live Events

December 17, 2019 0 By Tim Jarrell

There looks to be some good news for Kairi Sane.

At WWE TLC Kairi Sane was injured in the main event and it was unclear how severe the injury was. Kairi Sane was briefly seen on RAW this week but did not go down to the ring with Asuka. She was also seen during the tapings for next week but did nothing.

According to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, he does report that Sane was telling everyone at RAW that she was fine. WWE chose as a precautionary measure to keep her away from the ring just to be safe. The word is she may have suffered a concussion in the TLC match. As far as her getting back in the ring, it is said that she is still expected to work her scheduled match on December 26th in Madison Square Garden. That is advertised as her and Asuka defending the Women’s Tag Team Championships against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair in a steel cage match.

Regarding the concussion, WWE is staying very quiet on the injury not actually telling anyone what the exact injury is. Typically when they do that, then it normally means a concussion but WWE does not like that word getting out.

As far as the RAW crew does go they do not have any dates scheduled till the MSG show on December 26 so that is good for Sane. She can go home, rest up and not have to worry about traveling or working for a week and a half.

– UPDATE (12/17/19 at 11:00am) –
