How WWE Can Fill Up Raymond James Stadium For WrestleMania 37
February 8, 2021WWE wants the stadium to look full for Mania.
Last night most of America watched the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeat the Kansas City Cheifs inΒ Super Bowl 55 from Raymond James Stadium. WWE will be running WrestleMania from the same stadium and may take a production cue from the NFL after at one time shooting down the idea.
Yesterday WrestleVotes sent out a tweet saying how WWE has been against the idea of putting cardboard cutouts in the empty seats for WrestleMania. Yet after seeing how it made the Super Bowl look like it was run in a full stadium, that idea is now being considered.
Good news! Text from a source just now saying WWE will 100% discuss having the cutouts again. Says βitβs beyond dumb to not, RJS looked wonderful for what it wasβ https://t.co/gs59k4ru3k

Last night the NFL has 22,000 fans and 7,500 frontline workers at the game. With the field taken out for WrestleMania WWE could run with a significant high number of fans in attendance but still keep them spread out with floor seating. WWE has yet to release tickets for WrestleMania in nine weeks. If they go with the cardboard cutouts route for the empty seats it would be the perfect way to make Mania look full and as much like a normal WrestleMania as possible.
