How Long Cody Rhodes Is Expected To Be Out Of Action

Last night AEW revealed that Cody Rhodes has suffered a slight rotator cuff tear. It is believed that he was injured off a move from Cesar Bononi where Cody landed on his shoulder. Initially, they have not stated the actual severity of the injury.
According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live, Alvarez stated that right now AEW does not think this will keep Rhodes out long. Alvarez says that he is expected to still compete in the mixed tag team match with Shaq on March 3rd.
Last night Cody teamed with Lee Johnson to take on the team of Peter Avalon and Cesar Bononi. Lee Johnson picked up the win in the match for his team. Cody’s next big match will be on March 3rd when he teams with Red Velvet against Shaq and Jade Cargill.
