GCW Practices Great Social Distancing With Outdoor Event
June 20, 2020Today GCW returns with their first event since March 20th and doing great things to keep all safe.
Game Changer Wrestling put all operations back on hold in March as most professional wrestling companies have. Their last show was on March 20th from Philadelphia and they are returning today from Indianapolis. Their ”The Wrld On GCW, Part 2′ show will be running with some major social distancing precautions in mind.
As seen by this Twitter post from Brett Lauderdale, the show itself will be an outdoor show with seating 6-feet apart. Seats close together are based on households who have purchased multiple tickets with no more than 4 people sitting together. The ringside capacity has been reduced to 50% of what they would normally have. Four multi-outlet sanitizer stations will be on-site and masks at the door.
Precautions:
– 4 Multi-Outlet Santizer Stations
– Sanitize ropes & turnbuckles between every match
– Masks at the doorWe are using a staggered Social Distance Seating Chart
– Ringside Seating at 50%
– Groups limited to 2 or 4 based on "household" purchase pic.twitter.com/UCTQxcovVc— brett lauderdale (@Lauderdale11) June 20, 2020
GCW is doing the right thing by making sure that people are kept apart and not taking any risks with the safety of their fans. Fans will wear masks and have plenty of places to keep themselves sanitized if they feel they need to throughout the event.
GCW’s The Wrld On GCW, Part 2 will be headlined by Nick Gage and Nate Webb and can be seen live today on FITE.TV (click here to order).
