Former WWE Superstar Reportedly Returning At Any Time

Another female superstar is rumored to be coming back.

Over the last month or so we have heard of a few possible returns to the WWE. We heard the rumors and even seen the teases by WWE on Social media that Melina could be coming back to the company and now it is being reported that another former female wrestler could be back with WWE.

First reported by Cultaholics, they report that former WWE Superstar Eva Marie is slated to return to the company. They state that the return could happen at any time and could be imminent, as imminent as tonight on Monda Night RAW.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has since confirmed this story stating that Eva Marie is in Orlando for this week’s WWE television tapings and that she underwent medical testing on Sunday. Johnson also states that a new deal to bring Eva Marie back to the company was agreed upon back in September. As far as if she will be drafted tonight and what brand she will be on is unclear. Tonight on RAW here is a big battle royal to determine Asuka’s next challenger for the RAW Women’s Championship and she could return in that match.

Eva Marie left WWE back in August of 2017 with her sights on expander her personal brand outside of WWE. Since she left she has started a fitness wear brand, appeared in a few movies, and even competed on Celebrity Big Brother. Back on September 1st, Eva maria was interviewed by Reel Talker and stated that she was looking to return to WWE because she had “some unfinished business” as a WWE Superstar. If she agreed on a new deal back in September, then talks had to have been ongoing when she did the interview.
