First Match Officially Set For WrestleMania 37
February 21, 2021We now know of the first Mania match.
WrestleMania 37 comes to us in about seven weeks from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. With that tonight during the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, we had the first match for the show confirmed.
After the Smackdown Elimination Chamber match that saw Daniel Bryan come out victorious, Roman Reigns came down and easily took out Bryan to retain the Universal Championship. After the match concluded and Reigns got to his feet, he was met by a spear from Edge. Edge would then go on to declare that since he has won the Royal Rumble, he has decided to challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania.

As far as Royal Rumble winners, all indications point to Bianca Belair challenging Sasha Banks for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. WWE just hasn’t officially announced that yet.
