First Match Announced For Saturday Night’s Main Event
November 25, 2024The WWE Title will be defended on NBC.
Coming up on December 14th WWE will return to NBC with Saturday Night’s Main Event from Long Island, New York. This will be the first SNME since 2008. Starting with the show in December, WWE will run four primetime NBC specials a year and we now know the first match for the first show back on NBC.
WWE announced Monday morning that Cody Rhodes will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens at Saturday Night’s Main Event. This is a match that they have been building up since Bad Blood and will be a rematch from Bash in Berlin. The match taking place on this show has been rumored for about a month now and now WWE has made it official.
