First Match Announced For Next Week’s NXT

WWE has announced a match for next Tuesday’s NXT.

NXT comes to us every week no on Tuesday nights now. Last week’s show saw all of the fallout from NXT TakeOver Stand & Deliver but next week’s show will move past that and build towards whenever the next TakeOver will take place. With that today WWE announced the first match for next week’s show.

WWE has announced that Dexter Lumis will go one-on-one with LA Knight on next Tuesday’s show. They built tension between the two during the gauntlet match at TakeOver. Yet this past week they further the story with Lumis and The Way so this match taking place is a little confusing.

Dexter Lumis is fixated on his next target, and his name is LA Knight.

Following an encounter within the Gauntlet Eliminator Match on Night 1 of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, which saw Knight secure a clever pinfall elimination over Lumis, these two will lock horns this Tuesday on NXT.

Last time Lumis was seen, he was carrying Indi Hartwell away from the ring to the backstage area last week on NXT, so there is no telling where his mind is at heading into this showdown with LA Knight.
